Surrending to Facebook (reluctantly)

In support of Spirit of Yoga, and because I believe in its mission to reach out to and connect the St. Louis Yoga Community, I am putting myself on this Facebook/Website. I tend to be a vociferous denouncer of all things Facebook, but I find such a viewpoint to be inflexible and therefore, un-yogic. I still submit that Life is lived elsewhere than in front of the computer screen, but there is a time and a place for everything, so here I am. See ya in the Facebook matrix; may we all eventually be Free! (see my blog at www.wellspringyogastlouis.com for other postings on yoga topics).
